Be charmed by Skye, a 2-year old Siamese tabby who was cruelly abandoned.

Named after her beautiful sky-blue eyes, Skye was spotted one evening hiding in the bushes at a HDB estate – famished, terrified and lost. Even in thunderstorms, she continued to hide in fear and will only come out for food before retreating to “safety” right after eating. Within days, she responded to her new name and quickly learned to trust her feeders.  She was then taken indoors for foster care and sterilisation.

Skye is a fast learner and loves interacting with humans. She spent a lot of time hiding when she was first fostered but with a little patience and love, she started showing her cheeky and cheerful self. Now, she charms her fosterer for chin rubs, scratches and extra playtime. Although she may not run immediately to strangers for head rubs, she transforms into a friendly and manja kitty who would cuddle up next to you once she warms up. Being food motivated also means that a treat or two helps to speed up this process!

Skye is:

  • 2 years old (estimated by vet)
  • Sterilised female
  • Vaccinated
  • FIV/FELV negative
  • Defleaed/dewormed
  • Microchipped
