Seita is a community cat I’ve been feeding for more than a year. A month ago, he fell into a glue trap and got quite badly injured and was brought to the vet. My friend is currently fostering him, but she can only foster for 3 months, so I’m hoping to find him a good forever home so he won’t have to live on the streets again. 

Seita is litter trained and has been sterilized, microchipped, deflea-ed, dewormed, and tested negative for FIV & FeLV (will show certs/records). He’s shy and needs time to warm up to humans on his own terms but otherwise is very affectionate and has never attacked even when feeling threatened. He’s suitable for both single and multi cat households (with proper introduction), but preferably with no young children and quiet.

Adoption requirements (in line with CWS guidelines):

-Fully mesh house (all windows, doors, gates, yards, balconies shall be secured with grilles no wider than 2”)

-Provide Seita with access to vet care

-Keep Seita strictly indoors, no roaming

-Be prepared for long-term commitment to Seita (cats can live up to 20 years or more) 

-Provide Seita with good quality wet and dry food

-Have the financial means to allocate at least $200-300/month expenses for Seita (excluding emergencies)

-No adoption fees, but adopter to reimburse vet fees (will show receipts)

-Allow house visit(s) before adoption by caregiver (myself) to make sure all adoption requirements are met

-Allow for a 2 week adoption trial

-Sign adoption agreement
