Mickey has a small heart but big body. He was rescued as a kitten from a tyre factory as his mom and siblings were crushed by tyres.

Mickey is selective with other cats as he can be quite dominant (but he is besties with the more mild natured cats in the shelter). He can take some time to warm up to new environments and adopters will need to spend some time gaining his trust.

He is a very very sweet and sticky lap cat once he trusts you we promise!

– Male, 4 years old

– sterilised

– FELV/FIV negative

– vaccinated

– home trial may need 2-3 months as this boy takes some time to settle down

– adopters’ home must be fully meshed

– if interested, we will invite you and your family to come down to the shelter to meet Mickey
