Mee Maw was a community cat. Alone (as cat) at the back of a block somewhere in Macpherson area.

She was loved by an aunty who lived right in front of Mee Maw’s spot. And she was loved by her feeders, too.

They even bought her a kennel so she has shelter when it rains (though she still sometimes get partly wet inside when the wind was too strong).

One day, she got an eye infection and needed to get eyedrops antibiotics for 7days. Due to her weak condition as a senior cat, feeders decided to foster her and find her a forever home…a family who would provide her with a loving, safe, comfortable home.

Mee Maw is frequently wheezing and when taken to vet in March 2023, she is suspected to have asthma so she is on inhaler.

She is a sweet & chatty granny cat. She used to be defensive but she now learned to trust hoomans and her sweet personality has come out.
