Iggy is a gorgeous semi long hair tortie kitten who was rescued from a void deck. She gets along well with other cats and is able to tolerate mild tempered, medium sized dogs. She is addicted to head rubs and head butts and would meow for your attention whenever you come into sight. She responds well to her name, would run up to you when she is called and is always ready to shower you with affection.

Iggy is a very loving and snuggly cat (likes to be physically close to you, touching you, loves pets) but she is not cuddly (does not enjoy being picked up). Over the course of 2 months, she is slowly getting used to being carried but for not more than 20 seconds at a time hence patience from the adopter is required. Due to this, she needs to be with a family with at least two people she can trust to undertake grooming tasks (such as nail clipping) or alternatively, a groomer can be engaged instead. She is, however, extremely tolerant and well behaved during bath time.

If you are looking for a sweet but sassy kitten for company, Iggy would be the perfect fit for you.

Suitable for families who:
have existing cats
have a mild tempered medium sized dog
wants a cat that gives you loads of attention

Not suitable for families who are:
Not willing to spend time or money on grooming her due to the nature of her fur
Not tolerant of furniture scratching
