Frodo was taken out of the pound as a 3month old kitten and discovered to be FELV positive. He has zero signs of being ill and instead spends all of his waking time being a toilet paper terrorist, a butthole wrigglet (means he die die must sit on me and wriggle wriggle his butt), running around like the house suddenly caught fire and playing with literally anything that moves.

He’s very entertaining with his little pigeon voice and dramatics. He has eye squinties when he wakes up like his body can’t believe he had to wake up and this gives him fairly regular eye shit. He has no indication of having FELV weirdly enough and having monitored him for some 6 months now, I think he is ready for a home.

Do read up on FELV as a condition, its management and expectations to learn more. He has been sterilised. He is absolutely terrified of water.

If you are keen to meet him, please whatsapp me at 91070185 with the completed adoption questionnaire – https://www.catwelfare.org/wp-content/uploads/2021/12/Sample-Adoption_Questionaire.doc

Β The following guidelines must be strictly followed:

1. The cat must be kept strictly indoors, meaning all your open windows and gate must be secured with mesh.

2. Primary adopter should be financially stable, and every member of the household should be agreeable to the adoption.

3. The cat must be provided good quality food and regular vet care. This will include upkeep of vaccinations and ensuring that you can financially maintain that level of care for the 20 years of her life.

4. Adoption house visit, fees and contract apply.

General adoption procedure:

1. Preliminary review via whatsapp/email. Send me the completed form.

2. Potential adopters to meet the kitten/cat. If you like the kitten/cat and I see that the kitten/cat is cool with you as well, you can proceed with prepping the house to ensure it’s cat proof.

3. I will then do a house visit to ensure that your place is in fact cat proofed. We can sort out the details of food, litterl, etc to ensure a smooth transition. If you have an existing cat(s), then we will also discuss the introduction process.

4. Once everything’s prepped, I’ll arrange to transfer the cat/kitten. Once the adoption is confirmed in principle, it will be confirmed through the signing of an adoption contract and the payment of adoption fees.
