Fosterer Cish&Fhips featuring Kitten Faye (F, 7 mths)

In the time that I’ve been caring for Faye, I have to say, she’s the most ‘expressive’ cat I’ve seen. Meaning to say, you can read her emotions and mood very clearly from her face, which is surprising, given her tortoiseshell fur coat. The moment that stood out to me to most (other than her smile in the picture above), is when she got spooked by a potential adopter and showed her worried face (complete with burrowed frows).

You can always catch her in a playful mood, waiting to chase, fetch, scoot and even dance! She has great dexterity and agility, and would no doubt make a great playmate! (results may vary with children and other cats) Fret not if you can’t match her energy, as she can easily keep herself entertained for hours with her favourite toy (feather/bells).

Boarding in a multi-cat household ensures that she has ample opportunities to learn interactions with other cats. Although Faye has no fear of other cats bigger than her, she would still show her submissive side (laying on her side and showing her belly) before trying to chase, pounce and hug the other cats. It’s her way of playing and interacting with the other cats.

Regarding her diet, Faye eats every brand and type of food that you give her. ‘Eat’ is probably an understatement, she easily devours her plate and is not a picky eater. While In terms of affection, Faye loves to greet you by burrowing into your laps and purring after a long day of work. She also loves being wiped down using a wet wipe and perching herself on top of a warm CPU.

Potential Adopters may reach out to visit Faye. (Compliance with CWS Guidelines etc)
