Yes, Charlie is a girl and she was cruelly abandoned when she was not even a year old! Being bullied by community cats, she was too scared to come out to eat. She was clueless on street survival and resorted to hiding dangerously on the external ledge of a HDB flat. To prevent a potential fatal fall from heights, Charlie was quickly rescued and sent for fostering.
Thriving under foster care, Charlie has started showing her playful and curious yet shy nature. She is gentle, soft-spoken and a quick-learner. As her fosterer can only home her till end of 2022, Charlie is now urgently looking for her forever home – a place where she will always be safe and loved.
After being taken off the streets, Charlie has been sterilised, vaccinated, dewormed/defleaed, microchipped, tested negative for FIV/FELV and is also litter-trained.
If Charlie’s sad story has pulled your heartstrings and you believe you can provide this sweet girl a loving forever home, please WhatsApp/SMS Janet at 96360310 or DM @belle_commcat via Instagram. The following adoption criteria must also be met:

- Meshing/netting or installation of grilles (maximum 5cm gap) is a must for windows/gates. No magnetic mesh.
- Charlie must be kept indoors and not be confined in a cage, toilet or room.
- Good quality wet and dry food are to be provided.
- Must provide necessary vet care as and when needed (e.g. annual vaccinations and check-ups) for Charlie.
- Allow pre-adoption home visit and periodic post-adoption home visits by fosterer/rescuer (by appointment).
- Adoption fee to cover medical costs (which includes FIV/FELV testing, vaccinations, deworm/deflea) is applicable.
