The following guidelines apply to the adopters:

1.   Cat adoption is long term commitment for the entire life of the cat. Adopter(s) must be working adult(s) as it comes with financial responsibilities. (vet visits, annual checkups, food, treats, cat litter, toys, cat furniture, etc.)

2.   You or your family owns the house/home that you and your cats will stay in.

3.   Meshing windows or installing small grilles (2 inch) is a must to prevent the cat from escaping or falling off your house.

4.   Cats must be kept indoors only and not allowed to free roam. Cats should not be kept in a cage.

5.   Home visit(s) will be made before adoption day and after adoption as well.

6.   Adoption fee is $150 for Blackie and this $150 will be donated to The Cat Welfare Society.
