We’re looking for a forever home for our lovely cat, Sapo (it means “frog” in Portuguese).

Background: Sapo is 1.5 years old, but has the energy of a 6 month old kitten. My husband and I found her when she was a month old in a drain near where we live. Her mother was nowhere in sight and we’ve been looking after her ever since. However, due to my severe cat allergies, we aren’t able to keep her. She has been vaccinated, spayed and de-wormed.

Personality: Wonderfully playful, cheeky and curious, Sapo is food motivated, and while she isn’t the kind of cat to cuddle up in your arms, she is extremely affectionate, constantly grooming us, rubbing her head on our legs (and feet!). Recently, we discovered that she is a feline leukaemia virus carrier, so she won’t be able to be adopted by a family that already has other cats.
