Adoption Appeal for Wukong

Wukong is currently boarded and is adapting to a simulated home environment (learnt how to behave and socialise with humans).  Purpose of rehoming was due to his stress and injuries accumulated while living his street life. Roaming house cat and territorial comm cats nearby did not welcome Wukong. This has caused Wukong 3 major vet visits since Oct 2023. He was also targetted by car owner who claims he scratched his car, wukong’s resting place at void deck being too obvious. Threats started in May 2024 and end May 24, Wukong chose to escape to his old place (which had cats that did not accept his presence). This transition was too much for Wukong to bear (being cornered by other roaming cats, being whacked). On 6 Aug 24, wukong was found limping and restless and thereafter medical treatment and boarding started. As long as presence of roaming house cats r unchanged, releasing him at the same place would just mean waiting for another injury to happen due to cat fights. Feeder has been strained with medical expenses and can’t allow this to happen anymore. Hence seeking cat lovers who can give this sweet boy a Home to be truly called WUKONG’s furever home.
