At slightly more than a year old, these two sisters named Pom and Daisy, have been living in a shelter till last December. A foster felt sorry for them and took them in temporarily so that she can help the cats get accustomed to a home environment before they find a forever home.
They are sisters by birth, active but take time to warm up, very shy and fearful. They need each other so we really hope they can find a home together soon. Adopters need to be patient, give them time, maybe months, and space to decompress. We would also consider individual adoptions.
No health issues that we know of, fully vaccinated, sterilized, microchipped, FIV/FELV negative.
They need cat experienced owners who can adhere to the following:
- Cat must be kept INDOORS
- Meshing is a must for windows/gates because the cats are active and will escape (proper catproofing)
- Provide wet & dry food
- Have the financial means to provide vet care as and when needed
- Give proper enrichment, so that cats are happy, healthy and fulfilled with an indoor lifestyle
- A small adoption fee & signing of adoption contract applies
- Allow a pre-adoption home visit and periodic home visits (pre-arranged) by fosterer/ rescuer when the cat is adopted.
Note: I am not the foster, but lending a hand to the foster to share the adoption notice and screen adopters. Please contact [email protected] if you are interested to adopt.
