Meet Chobu the beautiful, calm, and cuddly cat who was rescued from an abusive environment. Chobu is a total darling, who is extremely suitable for a first-time cat owner. She can be adopted as a single cat, and her calm demeanour also makes her suitable to be socialised with existing cats. Her character makes her a real couch potato, who would love to spend the weekend or evenings together with her human on the sofa.

Chobu has gone through quite a lot in her life. She is a Burmese mix (likely Burmese-Manx) who was abandoned as a kitten together with her siblings. She lived on the void deck until she was attacked by another cat, leaving her with an injury. Consequently, an elderly lady took her in, but unfortunately she kept Chobu in a cage for nearly a year, a time that left Chobu heavily overweight and traumatised. Since her rescue Chobu has made huge progress, she is now cuddly and loves to be in company with humans.

Chobu is vaccinated and microchipped and adopters have to mesh their house, keep her indoors at all times, and agree to house visits.
