We help cats get medical treatment.

The Special Appeals page on Cat Welfare Society’s website is a platform to help caregivers obtain financial support to defray the costs for the care of community cats. All the cases under this page deal with community cats that are injured or have fallen sick. These cases are usually severe and require multiple vet visits, surgery, or long periods of aftercare before the cat can recover. There are over 200 Special Appeal cases could not be closed and in need of your kind donation.

We help cats get sterilised.

Sterilisation is a humane and effective alternative to killing. When we reduce the number of cats on the streets through sterilisation, there will be no need to kill. In 2014, we sterilized 4749 cats, with an estimated total expenditure of $220,000. With your kind help, we have managed to drastically reduce the unnecessary culling of cats annually. This work must be relentlessly continued to reap its full rewards and save more lives.

We help feeders with cat food.

Thanks to your generosity in 2014, we were able to make over 100 responsible feeders and over 3,000 community cats very happy with a cat food donation! These feeders are examples of “rain or shine” dedication, keeping their feeding stations clean and ensuring their cats are safe and sterilized. Help us keep giving back!
